Spirit Guides offer us counsel, companionship, and encouragement when we need it the most.  They come in all shapes and sizes and are so helpful to chat with.  In my readings, I frequently have discussions with my client’s Spirit Guides because they know the client so well.

Below is the first part of my interview with a panel of Spirit Guides. 

I was watching a TV reality show called The Millionaire Matchmaker where Patti Stanger provides matchmaking services to millionaires.  One element of the show I’ve always enjoyed is that Patti promotes New Age services like

Step 1: Unwind.  Close your eyes and move yourself into a relaxed state of mind and body.  Allow any thoughts, worries, or busyness in your mind to drain out.

 1.  Practice Relaxing Your Body and Mind.  One thing that practiced psychics have in common is the ability to relax their mind.  You can practice this with any type of simple meditation where you sit, close your eyes, and be.  Allow your thoughts to come and go.
